Return & Exchange Policy

Our return and exchange are valid for 30 days according to the details mentioned below. Customers can contact us through email for any query or confusion. Our supportive staff will try to provide an instant solution to that issue. In case, the problem is critical, then the concerned person will take time to find out the best possible way and will inform you within the next 24 hours. After 30 days, no return or exchange service will be facilitated.

How to Apply – Return/Exchange?

If in case, any consumer wants to return or exchange the merchandise he/she received, he/she has to inform the concerned agent within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via email. Once, the support person gets your email, he/she will check and provide you the best possible options.
In case, the good delivered at your door contains any fault, you need to take clear pictures of that damaged areas of the jacket and send to the support agent through email. He/she will investigate and guide you with further process.


Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours. This 24 hours will begin from the time a client placed the order. In such a case, we will deduct 10% of the total payment, which is charged by the payment processing company.
In case, a customer wishes to cancel the order after this time limit, the following conditions will apply:

  1. If an order is canceled within 48 hours but after 24 hours, if the stitching department didn’t initiate the stitching of your order, then a 40% of the amount will be deducted because the fabric/leather and accessories have been arranged for it.
  2. If an order is canceled after 48 hours but before shipping, the shipping amount will be returned to you.


  1. No additional cost will be charged if a customer wishes to change the product with another size of the same style before preceding the order.
  2. If in case, any client desires to exchange his/her order with another size of the same style after shipment, he/she has to bear the cost of the shipments. Moreover, we will check if there is any significant difference in both sizes, then we ask for the difference amount also.
  3. If any customer needs to return the ordered jacket in exchange for another style, he/she has to bear the cost of shipments as well as the difference between both styles.
  4. If any consumer wants to return the ordered jacket for size exchange or style exchange, he/she is welcome to do so. But the difference amount (jacket + shipment) will be calculated once we received the jacket and check for significant & unacceptable faults.
  5. No request for exchange will be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the jacket.
  6. No exchange policy will apply if tags are removed from the ordered product.

Note: An exchange will be applied, only in-case the fault is from our side, like the difference in product, size, color, pattern, or ordered leather quality. Otherwise customer should place a new order.


  1. In case, customer orders more than one similar product but of different sizes, the return and exchange policy will not apply as this facility can be misused.
  2. In case a product is returned, the customer will bear the shipping and handling charges depending on the size and weight of the ordered jacket.
  3. We make sure that every product is checked before delivery. A quality control officer inspects the size, color, stitching, leather quality, and pattern of product to minimize the risk and enhance the quality standard. In case a customer has any queries they need to email us and raise their concern.
  4. No return policy will apply if tags are removed from the product.
  5. No request for return will be accepted after 24 hours of receiving the product.


Once the return is confirmed, the customer will be provided by an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which he needs to stick on the box while shipping the product back to the warehouse.
